WebJan 17, 2024 · Full M365 Business Premium and latest version of outlook. It's a weekly battle of rebuilding mail profiles for users that have a larger shared mailbox. Will be stable for a week then the shared mailboxes just disappear until a profile rebuild is done. We are going to try and work with a MS tech support ticket but have low hope for that haha.
