WebIt's in the fuse box inside,,, when you look up under where the small fuses are that's the bottom of the fuse box. Well the relay is in the top of that box on the far right I believe. But your problem sounds more like a loose battery connection ,,, have you checked the terminals, make sure they are clean and tight.

Either way doubt it is the relay and there under the dash on driver side above fuse block. Some under hood.might want to replace fuel filter think that's why mines doing it.
