The process is extremely easy: you wear the initial covering for up to 24 hours, depending on the amount of weeping, then remove and wash the area, let it completely dry, and apply a second covering. WebbIt looks like your artist overworked your tattoo and now you have a thick scab that's prone to cracking. Fortunately there aren't any signs of infection now (redness, puss, intensive pain) so you can continue your aftercare. Wash your tattoo 2x a day with unscented soap, then gently pat it dry with paper towels.
